CANCELLATIONS


All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your purchase by email. You can reach a Naked Boot & Shoe team member at customerservice@nakedbootandshoe.com

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Naked Boot & Shoe, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Upon arrival, if there are any damages to your item, or if it just doesn't fit quite the way you were expecting, you are more than welcome to fill out the exchange form found in your package.  Send back this completed form and your purchase to the following address within 28 days of shipment. We will then pay for your new item to be shipped back to.

RETURN POLICY

To receive a refund, items must be sent back to Naked Boot & Shoe within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Shoes must be returned unworn, in new condition. Please fill out and send back with your return the completed return form included in your package.
